Peanut Butter

Lately I have been adding 1-2 tablespoons to my daily routine of peanut butter and I am pleased with the silencing of my inner hunger monster! :) I have definitely noticed an overall satisfaction in between meals.

This month's choice are next month's body

Train Insane or Stay the Same

A great inspirational statement that makes me think is "Train insane or remain the same". It is a simple sentence that has great meaning. If you do not do something you will stay the same. It is your choice to do something and change or do nothing and stay the same.

Win like a CHAMP!

Becoming a champion on your journey is definitely hard but most definitely worth it. Training like an athlete, eating like a nutritionist, and sleeping like a baby are aspects to achieving your goals. The hardest thing to beat is your mind. Your mind tells you "I cant do this", "Maybe tomorrow", "Once I make more money", "I'm too ______", "I will fail", and many more statements that affect your journey. Try your best to believe in your mind the best statements possible because one day working towards your goal is one day less left to reach your goal!

Acne can be so annoying!!

Who does acne affect?
         - Teenagers: up to 85% of teens deal with acne to some degree
         - Women between ages 20-29
         - 50% of adults deal with acne
         - Post-menopausal women

Glowing Skin demonstrates overall good health.  Having a balanced healthy diet can boost overall skin quality and help prevent acne.

Tips:
-Eat vitamin C- and A- rich foods.
-Limit dairy products and High-glycemic foods.
-Eat foods rich in vitamin B6, zinc, omega-3s
-Do not try to self-treat acne with supplements.
-Having TOO much Vitamin A can cause dry, flaking skin and hair loss.

If you feel you are having a really hard time controlling your acne issues, it is best to go see a dermatologist. Even for just some advice, the dermatologist can be quite helpful!

Day 1 Again : DATA

AGE: 25      WEIGHT: 238      HEIGHT 5ft 5in      BMI: 39.6

I know, I know, I know... It feels shameful 1 1/2 years since my last login and I'm 10 lbs heavier to top it off. This is it.

I am going to make a huge turn-around. I dislike being overweight. I miss how it felt to be able to feel healthier, happier, lighter, less mass to my body, smaller boobs, smaller waist, stronger muscles, clearer skin, and etc.

Nutrition matters! Your body is a unwritten log of your nutrition and lifestyle!
