Day 1 Again : DATA
AGE: 25 WEIGHT: 238 HEIGHT 5ft 5in BMI: 39.6
I know, I know, I know... It feels shameful 1 1/2 years since my last login and I'm 10 lbs heavier to top it off. This is it.
I am going to make a huge turn-around. I dislike being overweight. I miss how it felt to be able to feel healthier, happier, lighter, less mass to my body, smaller boobs, smaller waist, stronger muscles, clearer skin, and etc.
Nutrition matters! Your body is a unwritten log of your nutrition and lifestyle!
Day 1 Again
Starting it out again on this journey of a healthy lifestyle.
No one said it was easy. I know I can do this!
I hope with this step in my process or bump in my road will help others reading this because we are all human and mess up.
The only thing you can keep doing is NEVER GIVE UP. :)
